How it works
- 1
Spot the code
Creators show a short code in their reel or caption - something like SUM or JEANS. - 2
Type it in
Enter it in the code box on the home page or on Collections. Capital or small letters, it doesn't matter. - 3
Shop the look
You land on the drop's page with every product from the reel, the video itself, and the store it's from. - 4
Save it for later
Tap Save code on the drop and it waits for you in Saved codes, on any device you log in on.
Where to find codes
In a creator’s reels and captions. You can also browse every drop on Collections, or watch them on Reels - each drop shows its code on the cover.
Common questions
What does a code look like?
A code is 2 to 20 letters or numbers, with no spaces or symbols - for example SUM, KIK or JEANS. Each code belongs to exactly one drop.
The code isn't working. What should I check?
Make sure there are no spaces and that you haven't mixed up similar characters, like the letter O and the number 0. If it still isn't found, the creator may have ended the drop, or it may not be live yet.
What's the difference between a code and a coupon?
A code opens a drop - the collection of products from a reel. A coupon is a discount you enter at checkout. They're separate, and one doesn't unlock the other.
Do I need an account to use a code?
No. Anyone can open a drop with its code and browse it. You only need to log in to save the code or to check out.
Can I share a code?
Yes - that's what they're for. Anyone you send it to can type it in, or you can share the drop's page link directly.
I'm a creator. How do I get a code?
Create a collection in your seller dashboard and choose your code - we check it's free as you type. Tag your products once, then put the code in your reels.
Can't find a drop?
Send us the code and where you saw it, and we'll track it down.
