Do I need an account to shop?
You can browse drops, products and reels without one. You'll need a free account to check out, save codes and use your wishlist.
Are the sellers genuine?
Every seller account is reviewed before it can create drops, and each store shows its own shipping, return and payment policies on its page.
Can I buy from more than one store at once?
Yes. Your bag can hold items from several stores. At checkout it's split into one order per store, since each store ships its own parcel.
What if something isn't right?
Each product shows its return policy before you buy, and damaged or wrong items are always sorted. See Returns & refunds in our help centre.
